1MILLION DANCE STUDIO’s refund policy is based on Article 18, Paragraph 2, Item 3 of the ‘Enforcement Decree Of The Act On The Establishment And Operation Of Private Teaching Institutes And Extracurricular Lessons”, which was amended on January 25, 2016, and the grounds for returns is for 30 days of lesson(s) or less. Effective for all ticket purchases from the date of June 1st, 2017.
* If a purchased ticket is not used within 30 days, the access period automatically begins 30 days after the purchase date, regardless of whether it has been activated or not. For example, a ticket purchased on April 15th will have its access period start on May 14th, irrespective of activation status. Consequently, the expiration date for this ticket is set for June 13th.
* Once you purchase a ticket, you cannot exchange it with other tickets.
* You may apply for a refund based on the following rules:
- Within 10 days after the start date (1-10 days)
Refund will be 2/3 of the remaining amount.
- Within 15 days after start date (11-15 days)
Refund will be 50 percent of the remaining refund amount.
- More than 15 days after the start date (>16 days)
Refund not available.
Ex) If you have purchased 30 lessons and have taken 10, and you apply for a refund of your remaining 25 classes within 10 days,
Price of 1 lesson = 360,000 KRW / 30 = 12,000 KRW
Value of remaining lessons = 360,000- 120,000 = 240,000 KRW
Refund amount = 240,000 KRW x 2/3 = 160,000 KRW refund
